Q: What is included in the Summit registration?
Summit registration for all three days gives you access to all thematic track sessions (on Day 1) and plenary sessions (on Day 2 and 3), Exhibition, and other special and networking events. Registration also covers the meals served as part of the Summit proceedings; excluding any support for travel, boarding or lodging. Registration for one day allows you to attend the sessions of ONLY the day of your choice. To avail special discounts for accommodation for delegates, please write to Ms Sonali Mahtur at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your registration id.
Q: What is the price of registration?

Q: Can I get a receipt of my registration?
Upon completing the online registration process, you will be emailed a confirmation email with details from email@example.com Please check your junk mail folder. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us for a copy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your Summit registration at any time by emailing us on email@example.com. You will be refunded the full amount in timely fashion. Requests for cancellation are only valid till December 31, 2018 post which no refunds will be made.
Q: What meals are served during the Summit?
If you are a registered participant of the Summit, you are welcome to the scheduled lunch and tea breaks.
Q. Can I bring a guest with me?
As a participant, your registration number is unique to only you and cannot be either transferred to another person or allow anyone to attend the Summit on your behalf.
Q: Do you accept submissions for speakers/session ideas?
Yes, we are open to considering any relevant ideas for sessions or speaker suggestions. You may write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org to share them with us.
