Sustainable Action Dialogue on Air Pollution

The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) in collaboration with Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) is hosting the Sustainable Action Dialogue: New Delhi, as a pre-event to TERI’s annual flagship event, the World Sustainable Development Summit (WSDS), scheduled to be held from 29-31 January 2020 in New Delhi, under the broad rubric, ‘Towards 2030 Goals: Making the Decade Count’.

The predominant sources of air pollution in India are emissions from industry, transport, power plants, brick kilns, refuse burning, road dust and construction. The event will address ways in which national, state, and city level mitigation actions can be further strengthened and to identify institutional mechanisms to enhance cooperation.
