	Lotus Temple: It is the Bahá'i house of worship. A fairly recent construction, it is admired for its architecture. Qutb Minar: The construction of the minar (tower) was begun in AD 1193 by Qutubuddin Aibak, the first Muslim ruler of Delhi. It is 72.5 m high and stands at the courtyard of the Quwwat-ul-Islam masjid. This is the oldest historical monument in Delhi and is a must-see for any visitor to the city.
	Humayun's Tomb: Humayun's tomb is believed to have been designed by the widow of the Mughal emperor Humayun. The architectural plan of the monument, based on the description of Islamic paradise gardens, is said to have inspired the Taj Mahal and many other Mughal tombs. The tomb is at the centre of a square garden called Char Bagh.

	Red Fort: A fascinating building built entirely of red sandstone, it is a fascinating example of the rich Mughal architecture. Red Fort is the venue for India’s independence day parade. Jama Masjid: Built by Shahjahan in AD 1650, it is the largest and the most well known mosque of India. Rashtrapati Bhawan: Situated on the heights of Raisina Hill, this building was constructed to be the official residence of the Viceroy. Today, it is the official residence of the President of India.
	India Gate: Originally known as the All India War Memorial, built in the memory of the 90,000 Indian soldiers who were killed in the First World War, this free-standing, 42.5 m high arch was designed and built by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1931. Parliament House: Also known as the Sansad Bhawan, this huge, circular, colonnaded building is located amidst the lush greens of central Delhi.

	Lakshmi Narayan Temple: Commonly known as Birla Mandir, this enchanting temple, located to the west of Connaught Place in central Delhi, was built by Raja Baldev Das in 1938. It is dedicated to Narayan (the preserver in Hindu trinity) and his consort Laxmi, the goddess of prosperity and good fortune. Gurudwara Bangla Sahib: Located in the heart of New Delhi’s Connaught Place area, this Sikh shrine was originally the bungalow (haveli) of Mirza Raja Jai Singh, the ruler of the kingdom of Amber, and was known as Jaisinghpura Palace.

	Jaipur, or the ‘Pink City’: The capital of the colourful state of Rajasthan, is a well-planned city. As you drive through the old part of town, you will witness a life unlike most others. Witness how the city blooms during the day in a kaleidoscope of colour and sound. The city was laid out by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II of the Kachchawaha dynasty from Amber. Must-see places include the magnificent Amber Fort, City Palace, Museum, and the Observatory. the elephant ride at Amber Fort should not be missed.

	Vrindavan and Mathura are the two most important places of pilgrimage for devotees of Lord Krishna. Krishna was born in Mathura and spent his childhood in Vrindavan. A long line of picturesque ghats, with their steps leading to the water's edge, arched gateways, and temple spires extending along the right bank of the River Yamuna, emphasize the sacred character of the town of Mathura. Vrindavan, on the other hand, is known for its numerous temples.

	Agra is universally known as the city of the Taj Mahal, a monument that symbolizes love and imagination, and stands for India to the rest of the world. It is believed that ‘Taj Mahal’ (translated as ‘Crown Palace’ or ‘Crown of the Palace’) is an abbreviated version of Mumtaz Mahal, the wife of Shah Jahan. Sheer –poetry in white marble, it took 20,000 skilled labourers 22 years to build this magnificent monument. They inlaid the white marble edifice with precious and semi precious stones.

	‘Haridwar’ means ‘gateway to the Gods’. The city’s propitious location, at the point where the Ganges emerges from the Himalayas to begin its slow progress across the plains makes it a particularly holy place. Rishikesh is located 24 kms from Haridwar. Har ki Pauri, one of the most sacred ghats on the baks of the Ganges is one of the most visited sites of Haridwar. An area within Har ki Pauri, known as Brahmakund, is where the famous Ganga Arti takes place in the evenings.

	Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal is located at a distance of 203 km from Delhi. Once the seat of the Mughal rulers, their passion for building has endowed the city with some of the loveliest buildings in the world, including the Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world. On arrival in Agra, enjoy the beauty of this pristine monument. After lunch, visit the Agra Fort, a semi-circular fort situated on the banks of the River yamuna, that was built as a huge city with walls as high as 70 feet. Next morning visit Fatehpur Sikri, It was built during 1571 and 1585. The city is a fine example of culmination of Mughal and Hindu architecture. 	The Khajuraho temples have been decorated with a profusion of sculptures that are among the greatest masterpieces of Indian art. Varanasi, also known as ‘Kasi’ or ‘Benares’the ‘Eternal city’, is one of the most important pilgrimage sites in India, and has been a centre of learning and civilization for over 2000 years. Varanasi’s principal attraction is its more than 100 ghats, including a string of bathing ghats along the west bank of the Ganges.

Tour cost includes:

- Entry fees to the monuments.
- Camera and/or video camera fees at the monuments.

SRS means Single Room Supplement, and is applicable for overnight tours only.
The delegates are requested to pre-register for the tours.
The tour will operate only when a minimum of 2 persons are traveling together.
