Climate
The best time
to visit Delhi is during the spring season from February to April.
Delhi is resplendent with flowers at this time and the weather
is pleasant, varying from 8ºC-24ºC.
Visa requirement
Citizens of
all countries, except Nepal and Bhutan, require a valid visa for
entering India, granted by Indian Missions abroad. Those wishing
to visit a neighbouring country such as Sri Lanka or Nepal and
then return to India, should obtain a double/multiple entry visa.

Valid yellow fever certification is mandatory
for all persons who have been to Africa, South America, or Papua
New Guinea during the six days before entering India.
