UN Under-Secretary-General Erik Solheim discusses impact of climate change on South Asia

In an interview with Radio Nepal, United Nations Under-Secretary-General Erik Solheim discussed impact of climate change on South Asia, India signing the Paris Agreement and the current situation in Nepal. He was the first foreign diplomat to meet during Nepal's peace process "Prachanda" then the rebel Maoist Leader, now the Prime Minister.
